Shipping
The Good Housekeeper will ship any product or products from our online catalogue to any destination within New Zealand. Addresses must be a physical address, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags.
Delivery schedule
Goods are normally delivered within 3 working days of order (Mon to Fri). If you are outside of a main centre in New Zealand or on rural delivery, then your order may take up to 5 working days. Although we aim to ship your goods as soon as possible, there may be reasons why we cannot deliver your order within our goal of 3 working days. In such cases, your only remedy against us is to cancel your order.
Claims
No claims for defective supply will be recognised unless advised to the company within fourteen (7) days of the receipt of the goods. In no circumstances are goods to be returned to the company for credit without prior approval.
Returns
Goods may be returned to us within a period of 7 days of receipt in cases where the product is deemed to be faulty or damaged. Failure to return the goods within 7 days will invalidate your claim. You must return the goods to us in the same condition that you received them in. You may not open packaging or use any of the contents of the packaging prior to returning it to us. The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.
The Fair Trading Act and Consumer Guarantees act will apply where appropriate. |
